Newly Refurbished Homes
Our New Homes services apply equally to refurbishments and conversion projects; we will advise you on your target market which undoubtedly dictates the level of expenditure.
There are many questions for the developer to consider; for example if property prices are rising do I "spend spend" on the level of refurbishment to increase the sale price? Alternatively, in a falling or static market is it prudent to "penny pinch" on the standard of refurbishment?
